The Inside Out Plumbing team did am AMAZING JOB, start to finish. Insisted on seeing the site prior to giving the quote(which I found refreshing since some companies quote a price, then raise it after the work proves more difficult, there were no surprises), provided a reasonable estimate and gave pointers on potential items that may be a problem. Was able to get me on the schedule pretty quickly, arrived to my home on time, crew was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the work being done. They made sure to keep me informed of the process and next steps, and of significant importance, they treated our home with respect and kept all spaces tidy and clean throughout the entire project. Woke up to a crashed water heater with a lot of water on the garage floor. Through a reference from our neighbor, I called Inside Out Plumbing and after a few questions to diagnose the issue, they put us the schedule the same day. The Techs arrived around 1:15 pm and were done by 2:45 pm. From the initial call to the Techs conversation with my wife, I have nothing but high praise for this company. They even took the busted heater away. Their price was “very fair” as stated by a long time friend with 30 years in the business. 5 Stars!

Contacted them with a broken outside spigot. They responded quickly and Mike H came out for repair and fixed it promptly and professionally. Identified an unrelated issue in the crawl space, and recommended a company that could assist. Then Mike H came back out the following day to repair an issue with dishwasher drain and sink drain. Excellent work, and company. Showed pictures of before and after.

I recently had some plumbing work done, and I was genuinely impressed by how smooth everything went from start to finish. Joseph Lewis was not only quick to respond but also took the time to explain every detail, which made me feel really valued as a customer. It’s rare to find service where everything feels so thoughtfully handled and you can tell the work is done with genuine care. He re-piped my house in the middle of the rain. Couldn’t ask for better service and I will be asking for him a million times again!!

My wife called me on Thursday afternoon asking if I had seen the water in the garage earlier in the day, which I had not. When I got home, I saw water in my garage and started looking for the source. It ended up being my tankless water heater mounted on the outside wall of my house had a water leak that was draining into the garage. A friend provided me with the phone number to Mike at Inside Out Plumbing to see if he could help. I spoke with Mike and he asked me to send him some pics of where the heater was leaking. Once he got the pics, he called me back and asked me if I felt comfortable with trying to tighten the brass nuts on the lines. Unfortunately, the area where the pipes were leaking was a tight fit, and I did not have the right tools and did not want to take a chance at something else going wrong. He forwarded my information to his Boss Josh who called me back and was able to get me scheduled for Friday morning between 10 and 12. Mike from Inside Out called a few minutes after 10 am, to make sure someone was home, and then arrived shortly after he called. He was able to identify and fix the problem quickly and efficiently, making sure we would not have any future problems with this issue. Mike was very professional and was extremely courteous to my wife, explaining in clear terms what he had to do, and made sure she understood, so she could let me know when I got home. Mike performed a great job on an issue we had only found out about less than 24 hours after we found out about the leak! I highly recommend anyone in need of a great plumbing company to give Inside Out Plumbing a call first and I am sure they will be as happy as us!

I contacted the company via Thumbtack and received a response within 1 minute and a confirmation that I could get a technician within about an hour and a half. They gave me a quote and were very clear about their rates, which were fair. Mr. Steven showed up on time, got straight to work, was very courageous, focused, knowledgeable and skilled. He did an excellent job and kept things clean. He was also fast and efficient and the final invoice was very fair, even with some add-ons that I sprung on him.
